Just became a citizen and i got a little + icon on the lower right side of the screen. it tells me to pick an extra bonus. i can choose one of the stats to increase by 4. so should i pick +4 agi for a scout? thats the main attribute. or is it better to get some stamina or wisdom?

Well as a Scout, the two stats you should worry the most about are Strength and Agility. Agility will increse your power pool, and strength will help you hit harder. I went with Agi all the way, though Ive heard some people say that Str is a good choice as well for the added DPS. Choose one of those, and you will be fine.

and STR for the higher DPS. So i'll go for agi, its the key attribute according to the manual.

Yes, everytime you use a skill/spell it costs power, except for a few select skills (examine them to review power cost).
Although STR does help with damage, your main source will come from your special attacks. So when you go to upgrade your gear, work on AGI, then STR.

Str does help you do damage, unless you are a bard where you need str for physical attacks, and int for damage songs.
Overall I put all those choices into agi, and used gear to balance my damage. Afterall what good is damage if your have no power to cast the abilities.
