Hello All!. I have created a cleric on Grobb server. I'm a member of the Wayfarers Stockpilers. I need to find a new TS Guild for Provisioners. Is there such a thing as a TS guild that is better for one type of crafter then another?
Not exactly, but you're almost on the right track. Each character can only be a member of 2 societies at a time. One of these is the wholesale society that you have already joined. The other (for provisioners), is the craftsmen's society in your village. This is where you will buy all your books from level 20 on and is home to provisioners, woodworkers and carpenters.
You will only be able to join after you have declared your intention to become a provisioner, (at around lvl 19), and after you have dinged 20 and are actually listed as a provie.
The other 2 guilds, (for scholars and outfitters) will not let you join them so don't worry about joining the "wrong" society.
The location of all 4 societies should show up on your in-game map, (M key), when you are in your home village.

I have found the best place to actually make stuff is in the tier 1 guild (IE wayfarers in your case). The only thing I ever use my lvl 10+ guild for is buying the recipe books. But there is alot of sub combines you just can't find in the tier2 guilds. For example you can't get aeriated water which is used in alchemy and baking. Aeriated water is like 6 copper. I think you can buy distilled water for around 40 copper in the tier 2 guilds, but why pay more if you don't have to. Also you can't buy Bread, pasta, eggs, spices, suger, etc etc in the tier 2 guilds.

I have always been able to buy aerated water in my Scholar society (tier 2 place). I can't speak for the provisioner stuff as I never really look for it. But then again provies wouldn't be using a scholar society

got to agree with Dirges, aerated water is sold in every TS society.

As a Provisioner I find myself in the Teir 1 Society a lot. As was said they are the only ones that sell most cooking products including the oft used "Packet of Spice" for 1cp.
