This also may sound n00by, but it [i]is[i] and answer. Go to a shop. A local shop if you have some bad armor right now, and buy the best Migitated armor you can wear. =) The simplist answer I could think of that might help.
While online, go to the broker and do a search for armor. You will find player-made items and loot drops for sale.
