I just finished installing DoF, and I am unsure where I register it. I dont see any option for this, and was wondering where I enter the key to register the game. Thanks.

DoF is not a game in itself, just an expansion. You should be able to start EQ2 with all the new DoF files installed, download any updates, and go.
I think you get a CD key if you buy the retail version, so probably go to your Account on the SoE site 
After you log in click on the My Account tab. You should be able to finish your registration of the CD key there.
