oh come onFollow

I pre-ordered the retail version of Desert of Flames expecting to get the Pet Monkey, the Genie Bottle, and the Gazing Orb. When I logged in for the first time after installing the expansion i typed /claim and the message I got was "you have no more items to claim".

Also, I can't click on the carpets to take me to Ro.

What gives? Was I ripped off?

I had the same problem. You need to get to the login screen and click My Account, on the my supscriptions click on eq2 then scroll down to register my exspansion. Enter the cd key and all you have to do is log in again.
I spent 45 minutes in queue on the online chat support line to get this info that should have been in the manual, or streamlined with a cd key entry screen when you install.
