how many monkeys..Follow

I've seen multiple posts on different boards about people who have 7 monkeys, one for each of their alts. I thought you could only get 1 monkey per account. Is it possible to get more than 1 monkey? And if so, is it possible to get more than 1 Genie Bottle or Gazing Orb?

1 more thing: What exactly do the Genie Bottle and Orb do? From what i've heard, the genie bottle takes you into a small room with an elephant and a few Djinns and they tell you stories about Ro. All i've heard about the Orb is that is "Projects" images of random things..i'm only asking this because I need to get another game card, I have the pre-ordered retail box next to me.
