Can you have an evil char and a good char on the same server.
I now have a good char but thinking about creating an evil char.

Yes you can. However, the shared bank won't work between them. They will be on their own.
Can't mail stuff to each other either.
If I recall correctly, if you can get to a "good" mailbox, you can send mail to a good character.

I'm pretty sure I tried that and it didn't work. (Assuming that the box in Antonica counts as a good mailbox.)
