The Tie That Binds Us QuestFollow

There are actually four locations for updates. They corrospond to the four elements - Earth, Wind, Fire and Water.

The first is water and you will need to go to a location near the aquaduct in Antonica. I don't have the numbers for the loc but I can describe it to you. You're looking for a tree that is right along side of the aquaduct. There are some gnolls near by, (but not within aggro range if you're careful), and also some of those lizards that are around lvl 18 or so. It is near the bridge that spans the river but is on the near side (same side as Qeynos). If you cross the river to the windstalker village side, you've gone too far.

When you find the tree, look up and right click. You will be offered an option to climb the tree. Do so. Once you are up in the aquaduct itself, you will see a large globe. Put your mouse pointer on the globe and "touch" it. You should end up safely back on the ground if you do this step correctly. Now examine the object you received from the quest giver for the update and you're off to location number two.

Second location is the Oracle Tower griffin station and the element is air. You could actually use any griffin station but that one is closest and will take you where you need to go. Board the griffin and choose the Qeynos Gate station. You will get your update while you are in flight. Leave the griffin station and examine the quest giver's object again.

Third stop is Sir Jeager's camp site on the far side of Archer's Wood. When you get there, "touch" the camp fire. BINGO! element #3 is fire. Examine the object the quest giver gave you once again for the update and you're almost home.

Now, for earth, run back to the junction of the North and South roads in Antonica. Right where Sayer's cabin is located. You should get the ding telling you that you have completed the quest and should receive your new bind spell. Have fun!

Sir Jeager's camp is on the bluff that overlooks Gnoll Island. This is just beyond Archer's Wood and just past Sayer's Cabin. Steppes Station is all the way on the far side of the 2nd half of the Antonica map.

Measured with a real world ruler on a printed map of Antonica, The distance is just about equal.

But for a low level toon, running from the deep end of the zone towards the middle will get you more aggro then running from the shallow end towards the middle.

In review, you can probably get there just as quickly from either place but I'll stand by my original suggestion!

I recieved this quest in the commonlands. Anyone know the locations to go to for that zone?
