a gleaming rapier ???Follow

Anyone know what mob this drops off of??? the stats are agi 8 str 4 hp 20 pwr 16 (Dual wield) This would be excellent for my lvl 11 predator !!! skill lvl only 50-100 . Or is this a quest item??? Please respond if u have one, i would greatly appreciate it !! Thanks
