Couple of questions:
1.) How long does it take to recharge Vitality meter from 0% to 100% (in days)?
2.) Does anyone craft/adventure when viality is 0??? I personally let an empty vitality bar remind me that there are other things in life to accomplish and its time to take a break from eq2.
3.) Partial redundant question but what is the recharge rate per hour?

You get back .5% per hour and it will take you about 8 days to get back to 100%.
You will regen vitality at all times whether adventuring, crafting, online or offline.
Keep in mind that the higher level mob you kill the more vitality will be wiped from you.
When I run through Arc of Harclave in Splitpaaw on Very Difficult setting, all the mobs con yellow, orange, or red. I'll loose about 25% vitality on 1 run.
Even if my vitality is at zero, I'll still go out and do things. I may change what I do to either be 1) run around killing grey mobs for reverse writ drops or 2) run through Harclave again to get max exp possible since I can't go below 0%.
Ever since I started Splitpaw, my vitality has never been above 50%, and is usually in the low teens. Before Splitpaw, I was always above 70%.

I crafted again to 0% vitality last night. Even tried to craft a few items after 0 but couldn't stand to not see my EXP meter go up after every other subcombine (level 38 carpenter).
Got 8% left till I ding 39. Hopefully have enough vitality by the tim I log on to get me trhough the push. Then, I guess I will adventure and get my 30 pally some exp.
Or maybe I'll start an Alt provisioner. O' the possiblities.....
