Seriously when i'm playing i'll se maybe 2 people running around every hour. It feels so empty..I would switch my 3 characters to Antonia Bayle or something but doesn't that cost like $50?
Yes, there is a cost to transfer characters.
You could try /who all (class) going through all the classes and tally up the numbers. Maybe folks are in higher zones.
If you find out that the server is indeed empty, it may do you well to either pay to transfer, or just start from scratch (not the best, I know).

I run into alot of folks in Oasis - depends where you are - when you play - I like it at 4am - the good stuff is all mine mine mine - look me up if you need anything - BIGHARPER
