Iv decided i want to create a Rouge/spy type of character, but i am confused between the differance of a Brigand and or Assassian. Could someone tell me what are the pros and cons of each class, which is funner to play and which are wanted more in groups? I would appreciate it greatly. Thanx =)
What's fun to me may not be to you... anyway, assassin is the flip side of the ranger class so they come out of preditor, not rogue. The "good" rogue is a swashbuckler which is a really fun class to play, (well, I think it is!).

Ahhhh, Now i see !! The FreePort and Qeynos classes (SwashBuckelers and Brigands) are basically the same thing, duur. Heh cant beleive i didnt see that, man i really am dumb =)

If Swashbuckler and Brigands are the same thing, why you said "The "good" Rogue is a Swashbuckler..."?

Swashbucklers and brigands aren't exactly the same, but they are divisions of the same class (rogue). The swashbuckler is the good (Qeynos) version, and the brigand is the evil (Freeport) version.

I'm interested in a class like Thief in FF XI, what I should take?

You can be an evil gnome... You probably want to try a scout. at lvl 10 you can choose to become a rogue and at lvl 20 choose brigand. This will make you an evil thief.
