Force Sword of Thunder drop?Follow

Ive been trying desperately for a week now to get the sword of thunder for a quest for my pally, but I have had no luck. The other night someone told me there was a special way to force the drop of this rare item. I have been unable to find it on any forums, and im desperate for an answer. If you find its too secret, please send me a private message or something.
