I'm having an issue progressing from Artisan to Scholar.

I'm currently at 104% at lvl 9, i've declared myself as a Scholar to the Tradeskill Coalition, and i've since talked to everyone in my 'Tradeskill Guild' (I have no idea what the proper term for them is). Did I miss some crucial step or is the game just ******** with me?

Nevermind, it seems like my game bugged and instead of having 104% like it said, I must've had 94%.

There went a good hour or so down the drain =(
