Where do you get...Follow

I can't detail the whole quest, but I know prismatic weapons are really high-end raid stuff. So you'd need a guild full of level 50s and a whole bunch of time to spend playing EQ2. From what I've heard, it's a complicated quest -- you have to speak dragon to start it.
