What be ye last nameFollow

My last name is TuathaDeTunare.

Speaking of last names. I saw a caucasian (not a dark elf) in the Commonlands who had a last name with an asterick. Have they changed the rules and begun to allow for names with astericks or was I clearly being dellusional again?

I am boycotting last names.

In EQ1 my name was Fealix Theecat for 3 years and a GM took my last name after responding to a complaint that my friends name Toadlicking Isunderated was drug related. It's silly I know, but I have never had a last name since. It's not acctually the name issue, just how much of a jerk the GM was when he did it, and the fact that we had our names for over 3 years.

The GM acctually changed my last name to Kitty and I talked him into just removing it all together.

Fealix Kitty... just not the same.



I got lucky though, my friend became Bagdreg Isunderated. How did the GM come up with Bagdreg? And how did taking Toadlicking and not "Isunderated" help uphold the naming policy?
