Has anyone figured out the riddle on the new bind quest? You can get the quest (goods) from Ethurien near the lighthouse in Antonica. After speaking to him he gives you a vessel and you are charged with a quest.
"An erudite wandering Antonica gave me an odd vessel and told me that I would be able to use it to hasten my journey home. In order to use it, however, I will need to solve riddles then take the vessel to four different locations. Since he didn't indicate there would be a great distance, I'm going to start my journey right here in Antonica. Hopefully, I'll be able to solve the puzzles and use this vessel to bring myself closer to my home when need arises."
I must "...seek that which time cannot erase. All the physical matter around us is shaped and formed through its influence. Clear or dark, weak or strong, it is most essential to all living beings."
This riddle sounds familiar. Perhaps this vessel allows me access to someplace I have not yet been able to reach.
That's the quest in a nutshell so far. Does anyone have a clue to where I should go next? I am gonna wander around Antonica and see if I can figure it out.

For Freeport, you start by hailing a NPC, just northwest over the nearest hill from the Freeport Griffon station.
You now have to be the tourist guide for a... bangle [Jewelry, not the pop group] which has glyphs that you have to... examine. Let's just call this the 'item'.
After talking to the erudite, you have to take the item to get some flowing water.... basically go to Pride Lake [and you have no pride if you don't know where this is] and you'll note that a stream/river/body of water flows into Pride Lake. Just move a little around the mouth of this stream/river/body of water and you'll get the first update. Examine the item/etc.
Now you have to see a lot, really quick.. i.e. travel by griffon [well it's faster flying....] fly or walk to the Nektulos Griffon Station and fly back to the Freeport one. You just have to pass within a certain distance of a certain spot but flying's faster and keeps with the spirit of the quest. Rub the item/etc.
Then travel to the gates of West Freeport, you'll see a ladder by the northenmost ruined tower [the pair of towers flanking the road with some rather patient scouts standing nearby], examine it. You'll see a firepit, some wood.... and you should be able to know what to do.
Lastly, travel to the Crossroads... remember that little post thingy right in the center of crossroads? The one with the poster for the access quest for the Valley of the Rogue Magi? Well there's an outcrop of rocks just north and west from it within spitting distance. Walk close and you'll get a new ability, 'bind' which works anywhere within your home city. I'd suggest a convenient shopkeeper or your favourite broker.
A very simple quest. For the packrats among us [you know who you are], don't forget to examine Dreak's note. [and the diffculty of THIS quest actually scales with your crafting level, or so it seems]

Okay for antonica I found a thread on sonys forums but cant get there at work. The first step is part for watter. There is a tree along the aquaduct if you follow it accross the river coming from windstalker village. From that you can get on top the aquaduct to inspect some globe looking thing up there.
Next part is air. The forum said you had to fly from oracle tower station to steppes station. I got the update just walking to top of oracle tower station and then back down.
The third part is fire. Click on the fire in sir Jeagers camp.
The last part is earth. It is the part of Qeynos Highway where the roads from north and south Qeynos gates meet.

In Antonica the tree is a gnarrly looking thing. If you wiggle your mouse around you get a description of the tree and it says you can climb it. Right click on the message to get the climb tree option. After you climb the tree it drops you into the aqueduct where there is a a globe you can click on.

I thought it was a Kerran thing, like Pets Ingesting Tasty Animals like roast rattie.
I got home from work tonight and ran through the bind quest... twice in under an hour. And that includes collecting a group of guildies for the first trip and waiting while everyone gathered.
I have a couple of notes to add to the thread.
The hardest location (for me) to find was the tree you have to climb. It doesn't really look all that different from any other tree in Norrath... but it is right up next to the aquaduct. The location is -1468.09 X -13.74 X -365.38
When you get to the tree, you can't just click on it, you have to look up and right click high up in the branches. Climbing up will put you in the aquaduct near a large glass globe. touch the globe to complete the "water" update.
I found that I could get the "air" update by riding the griffon from Oracle Tower station back to Qeynos Gate station, (Rrikor - above suggested T-Steppes station for this leg. But I think this works out better than T-Steppes because the 3rd update is over behind Archer's Wood and the forth is nearby on the Antonican Highway.
The camp fire in Jeagers Camp, (Around the back side of Archer's Wood), is where you can complete the "fire" step for the third update. Just touch the fire.
And finally, run on back to the highway out in front of Sayer's Cabin where the North and South roads meet. This will complete the last step for the "earth" update and you will get a reward "TINK" and receive your new bind spell.
Quick and fun... now both the druid and the ranger can bind anywhere in Qeynos. (I've already moved them both off of the dock.) YAY!
