Have an 11 cleric qeynos but not sure if i wanna stick with qeynos or betray...Whats the difference between them? Is there something special one can do that the other cant?

Since i'm a owner of a 50 Inquisitor i can make it down short:
Inquisitor debuffs alot more than templars... we have better single reactives than templars but they have way better group reactives..
templars are often used in main tanks groups in raids...
