Hello , im 19 about to turn lvl 20 very shortly , i've been hearing about class specific armor quests but i'm having trouble finding them. Any help would be much appreciated.

You'll need to talk to Vassi Darkscale in North Freeport. She gives out the armor quests for light armor wearers, which bruisers are.
For the record, every armor type (very light, light, medium, heavy) has a quest giver in Freeport and in Qeynos.
