That old wheel of KharmaFollow

So, there I was last night, tooling around in T-Steppes and I see a glowing ? a few meters off. I run over there but stop short since there is a Highland Lion standing almost on top of the thing!

No big deal, he's blue to me... so I draw my bow and let fly! He runs towards me, we engage, I do the old slice and dice and in a minute or so, he dies.

I sheath my weapons and take a couple of steps towards my prize and some gnome scoots up out of nowhere and snags the ? out from under me! Didn't even say thank you for my pulling the lion away from it!

Now, I'm not angry... there's no way he could have known it was "my" ?, so I shrug and move on, figuring I had made an investment in the bank of Kharma. I continue on across the field figuring I'll do a bit of foraging and stop at a log... BAM! Severed Fir! I move on to a stone and BAM! a glowing rock! I move on to a root and BAM! glowing flower! A rare and 2 uncommons in under five minutes. That's what I call a nice return on my investment!

Kharma...man I love Kharma.

Last night again found me in the Oakmyst Forest farming those spiders. Tonight, I told myself, would be the last night, no matter if I got Artisan Components Volume 5 & 6 or not. Well, after about an hour of fighting and spending my downtime harvesting, I was done and ready to move on to Antonica. Little did I know, fate had other ideas...

Frustrated and dejected on my way back to Graystone Yard, what should pop right in front of me...an ^oakmyst spider. Well, I'm sure you can figure out the rest of the story. One dead spider and one happy adventurer later, I finally received my book!

WOOT!!!

Farming the Oakmyst Forest = 26 hours
Finally finding the book you need and watching yourself /dance in third person = priceless
