20. You have to buy the spell. It's a 10% run speed increase (not as good as the horses that cost plat).

I think even Spirit of the Woof is better but it can stack with your 'horsey' right?

sorry... the spells does not stack..

The lvl 20 SK spell is the fun spell wich every class get in lvl 20. Others get a cat or somthing like this...

But the horse is just for the look of a brave SK :p Not even more... Or better say.. just to show other classes that you are a knight of evil *muahah*..

If you have to run short distances.. run.. don't cast the horse spell.. your faster without..

have fun..

True spells don't stack but untrue about the horse being slower then run? No its a 10% speed increase, and so its 10% faster then normal run, Sow is 24% so if you have sow then by all means go with that. But I know my SK din't get a SoW spell.

Now if they just would make the horse's you can buy look something other then something out of "My Little Pony" so an evil person can look a little more evil and a paly can look a little more ......... good "Yuck" hehehe

It depends on you race on how big your horse is.. Seen this Gnome riding a horse that looked more like a little Rat Terrier.. I have a Barbarian and the horse he rides is by far the biggest though I made him the largest size I could.. not sure but I think and Ogre would look equally impressive. Untill you can afford a better horse or if you can wait till your guild levels and get it cheaper.. the "Fun" horse is good enough, and being a Paladin I really dont have to run as often as the non-free horse people. I think the only real cool horse is the Spirit Horse, and hope to have one someday.. 66pp though ouch..

I think what the original poster meant was that it is faster if you 'sprint' to get to your goal.

On my Paladin, I can run thru TS from the gates to Antonica to the Cove of Decay faster by sprinting whenever I get to full power than I can by casting a horse and riding it.

If you use sprint wisely, you can darn near keep up with SoW'ed people doing this. Of course, if you get aggro and have to stop and fight, then you need to be aware of your power, but most people don't stop and fight when running to a certian destination.
