how do i get a bigger house or room so i have a bigger house vault
I'm near positive your vault will be the same size no matter how big your house is.
The places to look for bigger rooms are the main town districts, not the suburbs. North Qeynos has an inn with bigger rooms, and South Qeynos is full of expensive houses, all down the streets. As for Freeport, I can't recall which districts have houses and inn rooms, but it'll be North, South, East, or West Freeport.

You can't get additional vault space for love or money... but if you have more than one character on the same server, just maintain more than one room. Then you will have 2 vault spaces for each character. Doubles your storage for a paltry 5 silver more... a whole lot less than the cost of a big fancy house and as a bonus - more storage space!
