Ok, I have posted this elsewhere because I am trying to cover all the bases. I am doing the commonlands creature catalogue quest. He is the only creature I have left to discover. I think he is new on the list because all the threads on this subject don't list him. I have scoured and tracked and come up empty handed. I am ready to do a betrayal but don't want to begin until I find this last creature.
Has anyone seen him and can you provide a loc?
