ive always enjoyed the heavy hitting, heavily armored characters when it comes to mmorpg. the zerker seems to be the obvious choice for me, however after examining the races, im not to sure which one would be best suited.
is the combat really being revamped in the next patch? does that mean the beserker is going to get fuct up like soe did countless times with my other favorite eq1 characters?
or maybe the combat changes will be less subtle then everybody thinks?

Race means little except for a little edge in the first few levels.. pick the one you enjoy and all will be good.
Yes there is a combat change coming and it is huge. I would bet my right ear that it will effect the game play as we know it. The fact that they are going to start basing avoidence on armor type will make sure the plate wears start to get beat on a whole lot more.
You can also bet the zerker and bruiser will see a cut to dps.. both classes can out dps most other scout classes which isn't suppose to happen..
