Not getting quest rewards please help!Follow

I noticed a few days ago that i was no longer getting the window that lets you accept a quest reward anymore and today i realized that i definately was not getting rewards for completing quests. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any suggestions on what to do because right now i have about 30 completed quests ready to turn in but i dont want to turn them in if it would mean missing out of the reward. Thank you.
