Does anyone know of a site where I can find out detailed information about the Kerra Race? Does anyone know where the Kerra race pops upon leaving the Isle of Refuge? Sure would appreciate any and all information.

Well since they can be evil or good they have 2 places they will be. I'm sure there is information on the offical EQ2 website. They are in Nettleville Hovel in Qeynos and I'm not sure where in Freeport. Maybe Stonestair Byway? Not sure on that though.
Yes stonestair byway on the evile side, with their racial ennemy the erudite.
