New ProblemFollow

Sorry for all the questions! I keep trying to log in and it tells me that the server for my area is not available. I completed the update. Once it tells me that the server isn't available it asks for my password again and then says that the user id or password is invalid (it isn't because it works to log into the starting menu). Anyways, is this because of the update? Any idea how long it will be? Thanks!
