Bard MezFollow

Ok, hadn't played in about a week or so (let the froggy craze die down a bit) so I logged in last night and headed to TS to get some exp on my 27 Troub.
Well we pull a big group and I figure might as well take one of them out of the fight for a few secs to give the healers some help. You can't do much with them but it is a nice "Hold Still" spell to cast on a mob cause root doesn't work worth a darn.
Choose my victim and click Bria's Entrancing Sonnet.
Nothing happens.
Click again, and notice "You do not have enough concentration" in the combat spam.
????? Bria's didn't take concentration cause as any bard knows we use ALL of our's up almost constantly.
Examine the spell, and lo and behold it now takes 5 concentration!! WTH?!?!?!
Are you kidding me? This spell will hold a blue (maybe white) mob still for 5 to 20 seconds or so, and that is worth 5 concentration?

Anyway anyone else seen this issue or did I just get some weird bug?

I did send in a report /bug and all I was kind of wondering how long it's been? I couldn't find any posts about it, but since the spell is little used maybe no one bothered to report it and like I said I have been away a week or so...
