I got what I believe they call the Fury Fun spell (Faerie Fire) for level 20... which by the way, isn't just a useless spell. It's very effective for pulling a target to you so you can immediately after initiate a HO.
My question is, isn't there a lvl 30 Fury Fun spell out there somewhere or am i mistaken? I hit lvl 31 and have been looking and asking around and noone can seem to tell me where to get the lvl 30 fun spell for fury. /cry!
Anyone that can help me out, I'd appreciate it very much.

I'm not totally sure, but I think your lvl 30 fluff spell is "Nature's Irate Form". This changes you into a "ghost" lion.
Don't know where to find it but you might try up inside the giant tree in Eldaar Wood.
