Highest Frogloks...Follow

#1 May 27 2005 at 9:59 AM Rating: Default
As of last night at 11pm Pacific on the Befallen, there was a level 32 Wizard Froglok...

I saw him in enter the Blackburrow with a cloud of mentors... Funny to watch a group of 5x 40+levels all mentoring down...

Anyone else seen something like this?

I know for a fact that when the frogloks went live on Legacy of Ykesha the FIRES OF HEAVEN had level 65 Froglok Cleric with epic in only 96 hours.

I also know that they have a guild in EQII but I don't know which server... Oh well, some of us work for a living and have lives away from the PC (SOUR GRAPES!!! LOL)......

Always sucked having them first in EVERYTHING on Veeshan...
/em turns green with envy....

That guild in EQ1 had different people play that frog around the clock to achieve that. Like big deal. /yawn

OK you said a lvl 32 entering into Blackburrow with lvl 40 mentors? Why would a lvl 32 go to Blackburrow? Everything would be gray to him. And also I though it was a 9 lvl spread to group with someone. I guess they were just mentoring for the bonus?

Well, first of all he said a cloud of 40+ mentors, the key here being the +. I also suspect he meant to say Runnyeye instead of Blackburrow, but that's just my guess. As for the amount of level difference for who you can group with, it varies somewhat. At low levels its around a 5 or 7 level difference, but by 38 I'm told you can group with 50s and get experience and quest updates - for those who don't like math that's a 12 level difference. As my main is only 34 as of this posting, I can't verify that fact.

Up to level 28, the difference has to be 6 levels or less, beyond that the lowest has to be 75% or more of the highest level.

Therefore a 32 can group with levels up to 42 without mentoring.

And yeah, I don't think he meant Blackburrow.

The way I think of the rule is that the level difference can be up to 25% of the higher person's level with a minimum 6.
