EQ2 vs. Guild warsFollow

I bought it. I must say I was disappointed. Although there is no monthly fee, and the game is graphically beautiful, the mechanics of the game and the need to group are what I didn't like about it.

When you first start out in the game, you can solo. But, after your forced into your first group mission, everything needs to be grouped. The mobs come fast and furious.

I will admit, I only played an elementalist/monk that far into the game, maybe other classes can solo better. I was expecting more of a diablo like game in 3-d.

If you don't mind being forced to group and if you like pure hack and slash, this game may be up your alley. Overall, it wasn't my type of game.
