where are the silverberries? :: Free Realms

I am trying to complete the first task in Castleview related to being an Artisan. I am supposed to find 15 silverberries. After looking for more than two hours, I haven't found a single one. Is this how much fun this game is going to be always? Does anyone know a good place to look for silverberries? Thanks!

Check shrubs in Antonica. You need to be up to 20 in forage in order to forage in Antonica though. To me it seems as though the task you are given decreases the chances of getting that item. I have switched my tasks three times. I get oodles of an item until it becomes my task. Go figure. I am sure it is just my imagination though. I finally have 1/2 of my required raw thyme, also found on the shrubs in Antonica. I have noticed that lately I have been getting it more often. Maybe it is tied in with the trivial. My foraging in Antonica has been trivial for some time now and I am only a 15 mage.

Silverberries are found in natural herb gardens in the forest ruins and oakmyst. There are two types of tier 1 gardens, natural gardens, which have food and drink materials, and natural herb gardens, which have alchemy materials. That is where to find silverberries in the natural herb gardens. You won't find them in Antonica. Hope that helps.

All the newbie Qeynos zones have them. Peat Bog for instance, right next to Castleview.

You'll have the easiest time getting a lot of harvests in Oakmyst though; that place is run from one end of the zone to the other and pick up harvests all along the way. Harvest everything, to make more Natural Herb Gardens spawn, and then look for silverberries in the herb gardens.
