I have a slight problem. I thought I had completed my Qeynos Citizen quest. But it is now listed and says I have one more page to read in the book. I don't have the book. Is there anyway I can get the book again or buy it?
You mean the Welcome To Qeynos book?
If that's the one, then go to the Sage in South Q (or whoever sells the books in mage tower).
If you can't get there because you haven't completed the citizenship, list your server, maybe someone here will be willing to help out.
Although if you are talking about a book, then I don't think that's the citizenship test itself, so you should be ok.

Gossamer is correct, one of the mages located in the tower in SQ will sell you a new copy. Completion of the quest will reward you with a book that can be placed in your home.

Worked like a charm. I was disappointed though that once you were through the quest you couldn't place the book in your room.
Never fear, you will have more opportunities to get and place many more books. I have about 6 and I think that's light reading.
Now I just need to get rid of the portable library I have in my backpacks.
Remember when you place a book, you can use the mouse-wheel to rotate the book on it's central axis to give it a different look. My shelf is one big mess. :)

I had forgotten that, but it was also a source of disappointment at the time.
Now my bookshelves are full and I'm having trouble finding space for books without stacking them on the floor (like I do in RL) :D

I am crafting and would like to start working on wood projects. I need raw elm but all I ever find is severed elm. Will the raw elm come with my foresting skill increase? I thought I was maxed. I figured out the chloro and tempars but not the wood. Thanks

Severed Elm is a suitable replacement for Raw Elm.
Used to make Elm Lumber, then quills, dowels, staves, and on.
