i would like to know what tradeskill makes fairly good money at a lower level. becuase im a noob (when it comes to money)and i would like to know how to get some cash money.
None of them! There is no easy road to tradeskill wealth in this game. If you want to make good money, you will have to put in serious effort and even then there is no guarantee.
As a new player, your easiest and safest route to fast cash is to take on every quest you can find and then go out and kill the mobs involved. These will net you both silver and XP and probably some nice quest reward items as well. Not to mention the chest drops.
For example, at lvl 10 in Qeynos, you could go get several quests that ask you to kill klicnics, rats and snakes just outside the city's North gate. I think I had 3 quests going at one time for the klickniks (fire beetles) and 2 each for the rats and snakes. There are also a few good ones that are looking for badgers, bear cubs and wolves. These mobs will be white to you by level 11 or 12 and they all path nearby.
I also had 2 or 3 for the scarecrows in the field right there but I left them alone till I leveled up to 14 or so.
The beauty of "multi-questing" is that each time you kill a critter, you get the update in all 3 quests. Now, that really is easy money!

Tradeskilling isn't something you can do to get rich quick. The markets fluctuate everyday so fast that it's sometimes hard to keep up. Don't get me wrong. You'll earn money, but it does take time and commitment to your chosen profession. If you price fairly, and keep at it, you'll do fine.
Just think of it as adventuring behind a desk. Try to pick something you'll like to do and stick with it.
As far as questing goes, you'll earn decent money if you sell all drops and earned quested items you get that you can't use. Try to make an effort to sell everyday. With the new offline selling, this is a piece of cake. I have made over 75% of all my silver and gold from this alone. I still do sell crafted items that are always in demand, but drops can be the fastest way for you to get cash. It takes little effort to make about 1g a day and you'll earn xp in the process.

You should also do the wholesaler tasks, it's easy money for harvesting something you probably need to tradeskill with anyway.
