Well I don't know about the blue part. If their name is in pink I believe it means they are roleplaying. Blue might mean anonymous, but Im not sure on that. As far as the titles go, you have to earn them. If you want Kagimen, Hunter of N00bs, or whatever, you have to kill 500 of x creature. You can also get slayer, which is 1000? Anyways, if you want names like "The Lore Keeper" they come from doing herritage quests. Not sure how many you have to do for each title, but thats how you get them.

I think he meant here in these forums... where the colors are an indication of your posting kharma. (See examples):

By: OldBlueDragon
Scholar

By: Baron von Walkerscrisps
Sage

By: SamiraX
Guru

White is a null state, blue is the first rank, green is next and red is the highest. Also, the tag "Scholar" goes on blue names, "Sage" goes on green ones and red ones get "Guru". A select few "famous" red ones each get their own unique tag.

The titles before the name, (like "Baron" above), are a option that can be choosen from a dropdown list but I think it is limited to premium membership only.

Was that what you meant?

(edited to add examples)
