I saw a door To Icespire Summit,but don't know how can i go there. Is there a quest for the access?

yes, there is a quest. From the docks, turn left, there is an island, with 5 gravestones. Complete the 5 quests, click the gravestones again after each completed, and you'll gain access to Icespire.
