A friend of mine picked up EQ2, we were both going to see how EQ2 was. He isn't picky on what server we end up on, but i'm a ***** when it comes to how many people are on the server. I like one that has at least a decent size community on it as it's an MMO I like running into other players. Ghost towns make me hate a game really quick.

What would you suggest is a good populated server?

Sorry, but I am very picky as well. Most seem to be light loads. Seemingly rare now Antonia Bale and Najena will go heavy. But I think thse might be weekenders. Sometimes Mistmoore and Unrest will be medium, but thats is only during my playtime.

Either I am out of synch with the players on all the worlds. 0.o Or the game just went through in the last few weeks a huge exodus.

Ya if I was to take it from post count of non-rp servers then from least to greatest the top 3 servers would be Guk (10,874), Befallen (10,969), and Mistmoore (28278). This is at time of posting this of course.

I guess the best way to know is to go check the server list at the time you usually play, no point going on a japanase server with 30k people if they play on another time zone :)

Crushbone is a pretty decently populated server. Busiest times are evenings for Eastern and Central Time zones.

Aye 10k people is a decent population, lets say there everyone play 3 to 4 days a week, thats 5000 people per day now devide this by 4 time zone of 6 hour, you get around 1250 people roughly anythime during the day.

yes thats estimate and we knwo people mostly play on same time zone, asian being stucked on lineage2 hehe, so on a 10k pop server i am sure there are peaks of 3000+ player online.

Sure it might not be wow, but its not a bnet ant nest either hehe.

Mistmoore is a large server (as was already stated) and a decent community. I have a lot of friends in and out of my guild there. Never have a problem finding a group.

I wish we could play on the JPN servers hosted by SE. I wonder if we'll have to buy another account key or just redownload all the v-packs and all?
