Hopple's Apple Pie ?Follow

Just bought a recipie off the Broker for 5 gold from this guy who i dont know that he realised what he had. Apparently its a dropped scroll with a recipie scribeable at lvl 37 provisioner.
I am lvl 36 so it will take me the better part of today b4 i see what this makes but i can find no info on any msg baords about it. Anyone know anything about this? Are there more new dropped recipies out there for us provisioners finnally? .
its a T4 recipie so if its superior satation im looking to get rich

It's not dropped. It's a quest reward from Deputy Hopple in Enchanted Lands. After you do some prerequisite quests, he offers 4 separate crafting quests (you don't have to craft the item he asks for, you can buy it from a broker), each with an appropriate recipe as a reward.

I've done two of the quests so far. One required a pristine forged feysteel dagger and rewarded me with a recipe for fistwraps (if i remember), and the other required a pristine oval ash table and rewarded me with a furniture recipe.

One of the quests requires 3 candied apples, but I couldn't find any on broker or anyone to craft me anyway, so I ended up deleting the quest. But I bet that's the one that rewards you with the apple pie recipe you're talking about.
