How to do In Search of a Menagerie questFollow

I have a Access quest named In Search of a Menagerie in Everfrost,I exampled a pile of bones near the docks of Everfrost
I obtain a key that opens a chest from examining the corpse(in the ocean where Undertow spawns (in the water cave)). The chest spawns near the remains,from Opening the chest I got a Scroll Case.than I Read the Case and learn that I must do tasks for the four spirits to obtain access. the four spirits are Root of Tunarbos, Eci's Cove,Plains of Frozen Flames,Artic Doom. I am lost in the quest,need some help.Plz tell me if you have done the quest.
