I'm trying to do my scout training and am in Freeport but can't find anything on how to do it in Freeport. Can this only be done in Qeynos?

Although only the best scouts come from Qeynos :p you can become one in FP

Also it is all written in the manual to save us alot of time, so when you do alts its around page 80 i think. They tell you where to go for all class updates.
