Can't Place Items in HouseFollow

I've been going back and forth with CS and GMs on this, wondering if it had happened to anyone else, and if there's a resolution?

I can get into my rooms, I can pick up stuff, but once it "turns green" I cannot get it to drop with a left click.
This has also happened with an alt still on the island, who now can't tradeskill because he can't clean Dreak's basement.

I've reset to default settings, changed my mouse, rerun the patch, given access to all my characters, claimed ownership of everything in the rooms, all to no avail.

Yes, using the default Sony UI, no customizations.
