Hi im trying to make spells and one of the componets is SUSPENSION how do i make it

You should still be able to buy your suspensions freom the NPC located in the crafting instance. As far as I know, no recipe for them exists... kinda like water...

And no way to get them from isles of refuge i had same problem, its a bit sad for the fighter types there :)

One way to get them on IoR... buy them with an alt and pass them through the shared bank slots... course this only works if both chars are either good or evil... can't mix and match in the shared slots!!!

no reason to waste time on building up crafting on IoR anymore with this new trade quest in the city. So just push through, can finish IoR quests in couple hours and head onto city of your choice. You will have suspension there, and new trade quest will level you from level 3-9 in a quick way with some pleasant bonus items as well.
