I don't know who sb is, but he or she is incorrect. When entering a / command in game, it will attempt to interpret abbreviated commands for full commands, thus typing /dis will be interpreted as /disband.

/disable_combat_exp is the command you are looking for... you can find it in the list when you type /d <tab> ... which gives you all the d's... /a <tab> gives a's.. etc
