According to SOE's station.com forum, a post was made on 4/10 stating that the Book of Days Past is a thing of the past, unfortunately...
Says that it was only available for approximately two weeks' period of time.

Honestly his book was a little joke thrown in after the "Big" crash in december. Reading it says:
" The bearer of this tome survived the shattering and the second shattering on the year 2004, moth 12, day 17."
