Ok want to know some good clicky items lvls 10-20 also.
Examine a Shaped Frost Imbued Maple Wand and it says (Effect: Frost Blast dmg blah blah) I want to know if it is a clicky or a proc weapon. From what I understand i a proc weapon will say the % chance of it going off right? please correct me here if I am wrong. Most the items I'm looking for are not on any database I can find yet. Also If you know of a good searchable item database please post .. thx

I got some wand that has a thunder spell on it just to see how it works.

Its a clicky. really long cast time but you can cast while moving and is a nice way for me to start a fight as it does more dmg then any of my abilitys can do in a single hit.
