Problem with official website and login.Follow

For some reason I cannot acces the site www.everquest2.com, nor can I start launchpad or get acces to the game due to connection errors, I have no idea why this..

I have changed nothing lately but for some reason the game and the websites simply doesn't work anymore..

Does anybody know what could cause a problem like this?

Same problem for me as well this morning. Cannot patch, or connect to eq2. Also cannot hit sony's forums....

Hoping its resolved soon.

update: now THIS is weird. I could get to the forums using the IP address, rather than using their DNS server.

I agree with the firewall thought, although I'm not quite sure why that would prevent you from visiting the website.

Can I assume that you can access other sites on the internet, just not the official sony site?

Try eq2players.com can you access that?

Which browser are you using, Explorer or Netscape or something else?

What router?

Do you have a software firewall or just the hardware firewall?

Did you recently download anything new for your router, or add any new protections to one or more of your comps?
