Ok here is my question. i have 20 skills in outfitting right now, and i want to bring my skill up with woodcraft to make sheild, if i leave the outfitters guild and join the craftsman guild will i be able to go bak to the outfitters guild without any loses?
If you're already past level 10, and you've chosen to be an Outfitter, then that's your choice. The Craftsman's guild wouldn't accept you as a member.

so even if i quit the outfitters guild i CANT join the craftsman guild?
Up to level 9, you're an Artisan and you can only join the Wholesalers Guild. Once you get to 10 and choose your sub-class, that's it, you can't change your mind.
So if you're an Outfitter (hit P and check what it says on your Persona window), then you can never join a Craftsman Society.
