Is there a place in Qeynos to get cool furnishings for your Inn Room other than the merch in South Qeynos? That's the coolest one I've located so far. I'm addicted to pimping out my pad and would like to get some other stuff for it that I haven't found at other merchants... or am I supposed to get other things from fellow tradeskillers through a broker?

broker sounds like the best bet.

Be sure when you buy stuff on the broker that it says, "made by so-and-so." Some people buy furniture off NPCs and resell it for a profit. That said, this may be one of the easier ways to obtain furniture from your opposing city. Most city districts have at least one kind of unique furnishing (oggok table, halfling drum, etc.)

On the SOE site, there is a forum called something like "Homes and House Pets." Lots of people have posted pictures of their houses there, including name of furniture, where they got it, and such. They have some really neat ideas (second floors made out of tables or rugs, all sorts of fireplaces, etc.)

While we are on this topic, does anybody know of any full sized bookcases that actually hold books? I tried the standard bookcase off npc merchants and they don't hold my books. I have a ton of those lore and legend books, and a few creature catalog books Id like to put in one.

Also where do you get the Kegs at? I see people selling them on broker, but I am sure they get them from a merchant somewhere.

Hi Fronglo

I don't know about the full sized bookcases, but let me tell you what I did to get extra book shelving space in my Inn Room...

I was gonna just trash the red/white table that was given to me upon arrival bc I really didn't have room or purpose for it in my room after buying a few other tables for my room, then I brainstormed an idea to use it as a place to hold a couple of decorative vases and books. I turned it short side facing me, and backed it up into the wall until a good portion of it disappears into the wall, taking up less space and essentially creating a cool desklike table. I now use it to place my most 'important' books on, along with a couple of decorative vases. Looks nice. I know this isn't what you were asking, but I just thought I'd throw that idea at you as a space saving way to utilize something you already have to separate special books from the rest. I also placed a simple stool at the 'desk' for effect. Smiley: grin

Good luck finding what you're looking for!

Furniture Gallery

This is a great site to let you see what your buying before you buy it. Also tells you where/how every item is obtained.

How do you get the Book of days past?? I clicked it on that furniture gallery and it just says right click a stone inside the saucer of the NQ temple. I tried clicking it with my 43 conjuror, lvl 7 priest, and my 22 paladin and none could click anything in that room.

It was taken out. It was a bonus to those that "survived" The sever crash in december. Kinda like the holiday candels.
