deleting charFollow

ok i just started playing EQ2 and i've finlly going to to were i have a good idea as to what the basics of the game are, but but i have some char i went to delete so i can make ones with a better understand of how i went them to go. but when i try i get that i must put in the proper cappalzied name so what is it i can't figure it out. help please.

yes, for example is the name was Jonikarifikal you would type in Jonikarifikal capitalized,noy jonikarifikal, that is probably why it doesn't work. Ahhh, you're so lucky to have that noob feeling.........
