I've heard that we're all supposed to get two more character slots soon. Actually, I heard that we're supposed to have them now, but I don't, and neither does a friend of mine. Do they come with the new adventure pack (which neither of us has), or have they just not been implemented yet?

Got mine, just created a new character
that happened last week...
got mine, and one of my characters on the new slots is 10% away from 16th level.. all done in just over one weekend. ^_^

When you are at the login screen and you click the small arrow for the character selection pull-down menu, you will only have extra empty space. There will not be anything obvious that you have extra slots.
You need to make "No Selection" and go to the character selection page. That's the one where you see your character standing with scenery behind you. On the bottom right is the list of characters you have. You will now see a "Create" button that will take you to the character creation process.
